B2B Technical Sales Executive (m/f/d)

• Telephone consultation, quotation preparation, and quotation follow-up for prospective customers and customers
• Complaints management
• Supporting the inside sales team with technical questions
• Coordinating deliveries
• Customer communication regarding product availability, order status, and basic technical information
• Active support for field service and aftersales

Profile:

• Completed technical training in the field of technology
• Several years of experience in electrical and/or refrigeration engineering
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with CRM systems
• Written and spoken English skills are desirable
• Basic technical understanding, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, motivation, independence, and flexibility
